Most athletes are fairly good when it comes to pushing themselves during the workout, but not so good at taking the proper time to rest, recover, and use the proper recovery tools at the proper time. Without time to recover, your body will never see the full results and is very likely to fall victim to overtraining. We have years of personal experience, and have guided many clients through success in this (often neglected) part of athletic training. We will show you the way!
Putting the right nutrients in your body, in the right balance, at the right times is just as important to your success as the training itself. Skyhook Athletics pairs with Life Guide Health Coaching for nutrition expertise, a company created by actual (university educated) nutrition experts with years of experience in both body transformation and sports performance. Nutrition advice received through our program will be tailored to you, and will ensure the best possible performance rather than just another fad diet with health consequences down the road.
Even if the other three pieces are perfect, your progress will be limited by your mind. With proper mindset training you can learn to build healthy, lifelong habits while learning methods of stress reduction and internal peace to keep the whole YOU as healthy and fit as possible. When it comes time to prepare for a competition or challenge ahead, our coaches will guide you with the knowledge of Olympians and the experience of World Champions.

Our training app will grant you access to custom-built exercise routines, video demonstrations, nutrition plans, meal tracking, habit tracking, and much much more
In addition to workout routines you can do on your own time, we will also meet up either in person or on Zoom to check exercise form, discuss strategy, ensure proper posture/address muscular imbalances, or anything else you need. If you want extra accountability or guidance, 1-hr exercise sessions with the coach are available as well.
